In this 2 hour workshop you will learn
the difference between stress and anxiety, possible triggers, and mind
body strategies that awaken the heart and soothe the mind. Participants
will be guided through a three phase yoga practice of transforming
anxiety into higher consciousness and compassion for self and others.
Sherianna Boyle is the author of The
Everything Parents Guide for Overcoming Childhood Anxiety as well as
Powered by Me for Educators Pre-k-12. She is an adjunct psychology
professor, former school psychologist, parent educator and yoga
instructor for the past twelve years. Sherianna also works privately
with clients with stress therapy practices and as a certified energy
healer at Centerville Yoga.
